The Maine Police Emerald Society offers three types of memberships;
Member - Both active and retired law enforcement officers who are of at least 25% Irish Heritage.
Associate Member - Individuals (non-LEO's) who share goals consistent with that of the Society.
Corporate Sponsors - Business who share goals consistent with that of the Society who are interested in helping to
further our development and promotion (To apply or for more information contact the MPES Secretary at secretary AT

Membership Application Process;
1. Complete the official MPES application (which can be downloaded below).
2. Mail the application along with a check for $35 for the first year's dues. The application may also be brought to a
meeting for approval, if the applicant is sponsored (accompanied) by an active member.
*Initial dues may also be paid online via PayPal (see below).
3. At the next meeting following receipt of the application it will be brought before the executive board for approval.
4. Once approved or denied notification will be made to the applicant via e-mail.
